Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re femme suisse \u00e0 devenir caviste avec son brevet de ma\u00eetrise suisse, Enkelin Felizitas Mathier Benicchio reprit avec son mari la direction de l&#8217;exploitation en 2006. Depuis ses d\u00e9buts, l&#8217;entreprise effectue un travail de pionni\u00e8re dans le domaine de la viniculture naturelle et se d\u00e9voue aux vins valaisans typiques qui lient parfaitement authenticit\u00e9 et innovation. Son respect de l&#8217;\u00e9cosyst\u00e8me gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une exploitation durable et sa production de vins de grande qualit\u00e9 au sein des limites du parc ont \u00e9t\u00e9
